It’s a replica of Stonehenge made out of tofu. Do you like tofu? Yeah, me neither. Often when preparing it I ask myself or someone else, if there is someone else within earshot, “Why are we eating this again”? Not surprisingly I never receive a satisfactory answer from them or me.

Awe inspiring. The whole thing quite takes your breath away.
* the Cloud’s recipe – squeeze, slice into any sized blocks ya fancy, put in a plastic tub with soya sauce (dark), shake it baby, leave it alone to recover for a short while. Put in another tub with flour, salt, pepper and either chinese 5 spice or thin air. Shake it again baby. Fry in an inch of hot oil, turning occasionally until every piece is as crisp as things that have got the nickname ‘crispy’ for good reason. Place on kitchen towel. Chuck into a stir fry or anything you fancy, or sit and eat it all on its own like crazy bastard. Bestest tofu ever, ever (technical term, but don’t let it faze you).

Thank you.
I will have to try the above recipe. Last night’s tofu was to be with a stir fry that also included, but was not limited to seitan which could possibly make an even more convincing replica of ancient Stonehenge
