Horses (some of them anyway) can be easily spooked which can (not in all cases, of course) result in physical injury to anyone (more often than not those inexperienced with Horses) near, or on the Horse that spooks. With this in mind I, while leading Sterling (a horse) out to pasture, recited the following verse repeatedly which greatly reduced Sterling’s anxiety, and was, as well, quite entertaining for myself. If you, or anyone you might know, works with Horses please feel free to use this ‘trick’ of mine without charge.

.

It sure is foggy

but that’s okay

the fog it keeps

the monsters away

(repeat as often as needed)

.

Sterling nearly believes there are no monsters

.

.

Hoodoo isn’t as easily fooled

Oh, yes, and, if it isn’t foggy try this one:

.

It’s not all foggy

and that’s okay

because monsters

don’t like to be out in the sun
